Sharon Saunders New ServiceTech Coordinator

We are delighted to introduce Sharon Saunders, who has joined the team as our new Service Tech Coordinator. Sharon takes over from Sue Hipperson, our long-serving PRPS Administrator, who has left the company after nearly 13 years with Respirex.

As Service Tech Coordinator, Sharon will be the first point of contact for all service queries. Whether you are arranging a routine service, checking on the progress of equipment already with us, or simply have a question about your service requirements, Sharon will be on hand to help and to keep things running smoothly from initial enquiry through to completion.

Before her departure, Sue worked closely with Sharon to hand over her responsibilities in full, ensuring a seamless transition for all our customers. If you previously corresponded with Sue, you can be confident that your enquiries will continue to be handled with the same care and attention.

Sharon is now your dedicated point of contact for all service enquiries, and she looks forward to assisting you.
